You might have heard this many times before but it is really true. Frequently washing your hands for 20 seconds is the one easiest and most important things you can do to prevent spreading germs and viruses. It’s best to use liquid soap and warm water. Use one hand to clean the other – on the back and between your fingers, around your cuticles and under your nails. Then rub your palms together and clean between your fingers again.
Link your fingers together with your palms facing each other and rub your palms and fingers together. Rub the back of your fingers against the palm of each hand. Grasp your thumb with your opposite fist and rub as you move it back and forth inside. Then swap hands. After that, rinse off. If your tap isn’t automatic, use a disposable paper towel to turn it off. If you can, always use a disposable towel or a hand dryer to dry to your hands.
