A lot of people started cooking at home during lockdown and “cook healthy food” belongs to one of the most favourite searches. That’s good. Because eating healthily helps boost your immune system. That doesn’t mean you can’t have your favourite pizza delivered now and again, just make sure to wash your hands after taking the delivery. When life does go back to normal (however that is going to be), by all means go out and enjoy all of your favourite food places again.

But pay attention to how you feel. You might even feel better when you stick to your own food or healthier options in general, like more fresh food, fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
