Even if you’re spending more time at home, it doesn’t mean you’re less stressed than usual. Meditation can be really calming for your body and mind. Make sure to sit in a relaxing position, close your eyes, relax your breathing and try to focus on one thought. You can also focus on your breathing and how your body moves with each breath. Try to stay in this position and focus for 10 to 15 minutes in the beginning. You can meditate several times a day if you want. Just make sure you’re comfortable and everything around you is quiet and not busy.
There are lots of videos you can watch online or just follow meditation audios. And you know what? On those days of your cycle when your most stressed, meditation can work wonders.
