Concentrate on the positive and throw a virtual celebration whenever you can
Be there for each other. Listen and help when somebody is feeling down or uncomfortable. Don’t hesitate to reach out for help yourself. Talk to friends, family and also to a professional hotline when in need. Remember, we’re all in this together.
