No, we’re not sweating it out at the gym. In fact, a lot of us hardly move in comparison to how we usually get about. But still, our body needs water as every system and function relies on it. When we sweat it is the water regulating our internal body temperature. Water acts as a shock absorber for our brain and spine and it flushes out body waste – most of it into the toilet. It helps us digest our food and our brain needs water to develop hormones and neurotransmitters. Oh, and it sweeps out toxins that can cause acne. Also those aggrevating period spots.
