Puberty
This lesson explores physical and emotional changes during puberty, the menstrual cycle, menstrual wellbeing and period protection.
Relationships
This lesson explores friendships and the features that make them healthy or unhealthy. It will teach students how to recognise abusive behaviour and learn strategies to deal with this appropriately. It also explores how to foster positive friendships and resolve conflict.
