Mental health is as important as physical health and we have enough worry and stress at the moment as it is. So don’t beat yourself up for not reaching a “goal”. Who cares if you reach 10,000 steps a day, or for treating yourself to an extra biscuit with your tea? Make sure you celebrate your positive wins that promote your health and be kind to yourself and remember that you’re doing a great job. Keep yourself happy and do things you love. Whether it’s baking, painting or watching your favourite TV show, make sure to find time for yourself.
